How long does it take to recieve my product?
QRP stands for "Quick Rubbing Process." It is the method by which a name is rubbed from a template to simulate a sidewalk rubbing. The process has the same font and template system that is used for creating the cement imprint, so there is no difference in appearance. QRP's can be used for recent graduates whose name is not yet on the Senior Walk and for the names from older sidewalks that have deteriorated to make rubbing impracticle.
What is a duplicate diploma?
If you ordered a product with a diploma display and do not wish to use your original diploma, a duplicate can be ordered through the Registrar. This is included in the price, but the Registrar has to recieve the release form from the customer before the duplicate diploma can be given to SAKE. You can download a Duplicate Diploma Release Form from the Forms section of the site, then fax it to SAKE at 479-575-2534 or mail it to the address below:

How long does it take to recieve my product?
- Framed Rubbing of only the "senior walk" name will be delivered in 3-4 weeks.
- Silver Edition Diploma Sets in which the diploma is manually dropped into the frame will be delivered in 3-4 weeks.
- Platinum Edition Diploma Sets in which the diploma is permanently mounted in the frame will be delivered in 3-4 weeks from the date S.A.K.E. receives the diploma.
- Duplicate Diploma Option, together with any purchased product will be delivered in 12-16 weeks from the date S.A.K.E. receives the Duplicate Diploma Release Form.
- NOTE: For a recent graduate that would like to wait for their name to be laid in concrete, the rubbing will not be delivered for 18-24 months, or until their name is imprinted. A quicker option is to select the Quick Rubbing Process (QRP) option, which will follow the same delivery terms as the above products.
- SAKE affirms that its products are of the highest quality and fully in accordance with its published specifications. Customer orders placed with SAKE are considered firm and final at the time they are placed; however, cancellations or changes in an order for a product can be made by the customer, without charge, provided the change is notified to SAKE by phone and confirmed IN WRITING, by e-mail, fax or mail within 5 business days of the date of first ordering the product. A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value will apply to any order or item cancelled beyond the 5 day period. A 5% price adder will apply to any change of product specification by the customer, beyond 5 days from the first ordering date, e.g. change of frame style, change of matte color, correction to the spelling of the GraduateÕs name. No refund of any kind is allowable after the product has been shipped.
- Exchanges of T-shirtsThe customer may exchange a t-shirt for a different size provided the returned item is in unwashed, new, unused condition, and the return is made within 30 days of receipt of the t-shirt. The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return the item. The customer will also be charged for shipment of the different sized t-shirt.
- Damaged or Incorrect Goods PolicyIt is the customer’s responsibility to examine the package promptly upon delivery and to file a claim on the carrier for any damage found to the package or its contents. If any error, defect or damage is found after delivery and there has been no apparent rough handling in transit, contact SAKE for possible repair or replacement options. No claim for correction, repair or replacement will be considered beyond 15 days from date of delivery. Call the SAKE office before sending anything back since the item may need to go to our framing shop rather than our business office. If there has been a mistake in the SAKE processing of the customer order, return shipment and shipment of corrected product will be paid by SAKE for correction of the item. If the error was in the information provided to SAKE or in the Duplicate Diploma provided to SAKE by the University of Arkansas, e.g. wrong spelling of name on a diploma or on the Senior Walk, SAKE will make every effort to correct the error but will not be under any obligation to pay the cost of rebuilding the product or the shipping costs
